Kim's Bio:
I think how different the world would be if all people had the skills to manage their emotions better. I have a unique framework I teach called The Emotion Chef. I used the concepts of cooking to help people manage their emotions. I offer an intro event called "If You Can Make a Sandwich — You Can Manage Your Emotions." Because I use the concepts of cooking, this makes the information easy to consume (pun intended) and apply in everyday life.
I have a volunteerism-based scholarship program so money is not a barrier for anyone who wishes to attend.

- Trauma: Childhood sexual abuse, mom died from alcoholism, and a cheating husband resulting in a heartbreaking divorce.
- Wrote a book entitled "The Perfect Heart - Creating & Maintaining Love/Life Balance."
- Owned a consulting business implementing P2P and accounting systems for large owners of real estate for 16+ years
- Gave up business to pursue my passion project
- Ran a podcast for almost a year with a friend
- Run Clubhouse rooms
- Interoceptive awareness training — foundational to developing emotional intelligence
