On today’s show, I chat with Joanna Vargas. She tells me how she saw herself owning a dance studio at 11 whiles she watched Paula Abdul at the American Music Awards. Fast forward years later and the vision has manifested. The thing about dreams, though, is sometimes they’re not always perfect. One day, when the stress got to be too much, she decided it was time to make a change. She had enough and sold it in 2010 and said goodbye in 30 seconds to her employees and walked away. We revisit that and talk a lot about the roles we play in life and how they evolve.
